Chouchou de Provence, a sweet treat made in Pierrefeu-du-Var

Founded in 2019 by friends from Toulon, Chouchou de Provence is an artisanal business based in Pierrefeu-du-Var, in the heart of a wine-growing estate.
The venture began on the beaches of the Var, where several members of the team worked as chouchou sellers during their student days.

Today, the company carries on this holiday spirit through the artisanal roasting and caramelisation of dried fruit. Almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios… are carefully selected and then transformed using a simple recipe: nuts and sugar, with nothing else. A just-in-time production process ensures the freshness and flavour of the products are preserved.
Chouchou de Provence offers its creations to both private customers and professionals, exclusively online, so you can enjoy this iconic treat at home or share it with those around you – a true ‘Proustian madeleine’ evoking holidays in Provence.
Now available in catering establishments throughout France, each bite offers a little taste of Provence, blending indulgence with holiday memories.
