The 39th Course du Soleil will take place on Friday 5 July.
- There will be two routes: 5 km and 10 km.
The 5 km route will allow you to discover the Londais region.
The 10 km route will allow you to enjoy the seaside.
The start for both distances will be simultaneous at 8.15pm and you will have around 2 km to test your fitness and choose your final distance.
A prize will be offered to each participant regardless of the distance covered.
The start and finish will be on avenue Georges Clemenceau.
Runners will be equipped with numbers with electronic chips for individual timing.
- Each participant must be in possession of either :
- an FFA licence (Athlé compétition, Athlé entreprise, Athlé running or a Pass j'aime courir) valid on the date of the event,
- a sports licence, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, explicitly mentioning the absence of contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition,
a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of competitive sport, competitive athletics or competitive running, less than one year old at the date of the event, or a copy thereof.

- For all adults, a certificate of completion of the health prevention programme (PPS) less than three months old.

- For all minors, provide the health questionnaire completed with a person exercising parental authority. If I have answered "yes" to any of the questions, I will need to provide a medical certificate attesting to the absence of any contraindication to practising sport.
- Registration and collection of race numbers at the tourist office in Port Miramar from 15 May to 4 July until 6pm.

- Categories:
- 10 km courses open to Cadets (born before 31/12/2008) to Masters.
- 5 km course open to Minimes (born before 31/12/2010) to Masters categories.
Participants in the Minimes category may only run the 5 km event.
- Prizes:
A prize will be awarded to each participant.
A trophy for the first three men/women overall and a medal for the first man and first woman in each category for each event.
