- Two routes are proposed: 5 km and 10 km.
The 5 km route will allow you to discover the Londais territory.
The 10 km route will allow you to enjoy the seaside.
The start will be simultaneous for both distances at 8.15 pm and you will have about 2 km to test your form and choose the final distance.
A prize will be offered to each participant regardless of the distance covered.
The start and finish will be in front of the Hôtel de Ville, avenue Georges Clemenceau.
Runners will be equipped with bibs with electronic chips for individual timing.
Online registration, collection of bibs on race day:
- On
www.chronosports.fr until 7 July at 12 noon.
Inscriptions with bib collection:
- At the tourist office from 15 May to 6 July at 6pm, subject to availability.
- At the Asics shop - avenue 83 in La Garde from 15 May to 6 July at 5pm.
- Registration on the day of the race (within the limit of available places) and collection of race numbers on Friday 7 July from 5.30 pm to 8 pm.
Accueil and delivery of race numbers on presentation of an identity document, place Camoin.
- Each participant must be in possession of either :
- an FFA licence (Athlé competition, Athlé entreprise, Athlé running or a Pass j'aime courir) valid on the date of the event,
- a sports licence, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, explicitly mentioning the absence of contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition, a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of competitive sport, competitive athletics or competitive running dating from less than one year before the date of the event, or a copy thereof.
Conditions for participation
- The events are open to men and women, licensed or not.
- The 5 km and 10 km events are open to the Cadets category (born before 31/12/2007) to the Masters category.
