The La Londe trail, organised in partnership with the town of La Londe and the sports department, is open to all sportsmen and women, with three nature trails in the middle of heather, arbutus and cork oaks.
The trails are very varied, shale rocks, earth, roots...
The three trails are mostly drawn in the Maures forest, in Londe les Maures. Start and finish from the Domaine des Myrtes.
Each of the three events takes place in a single stage, at a free pace, in a limited time:
- 5 km with an altitude difference of +158 m.
- 10 km with a difference in altitude of +326 m,
- 22 km with a difference in altitude of +885 m.
Registration for the 5 km from 14 years old, with parental authorisation.
Registration for the 10 and 22 km from 18 years old.
Online registration or possibility to register by post by sending your registration form and the required documents to the address indicated in the rules.
Free parking along the route de la Jouasse (traffic cut off) and in the nearby car parks:

Bibs will be collected at Domaine des Myrtes - 1167, route Jouasse - 83250 La Londe les Maures on Saturday 29 April, from 2pm to 6pm, and on Sunday 30 April, from 7am to 8.30am.
