Fill up with energy and zenitude with a yoga workshop open to all.
All year round we meet for an hour's practice of Hatha Yoga or Yin Yoga. with postures, deep breathing and times for relaxation
Yoga helps to tone and relax our bodies in depth while calming the mind.
In the morning the class will be energising and at the end of the day ideal for relaxing.
We'll work on the foundations of the postures while synchronising them with our deep breaths "prayanama".
Yoga helps us to improve strength, balance and gain flexibility.
