Aquagym - Tonic - Fins at sea: for all ages, to enjoy the benefits of the water. Several movements that actively lengthen and strengthen muscles and promote the joint, respiratory and cardiovascular systems, without any trauma to your body.

Swimming sessions at sea or at home: introducing, learning and perfecting strokes. Complete physical activity. Discovering, learning and progressing, while discovering the joys of gliding in safety.

Swimming discovery: start from the beach in a wetsuit, fins, mask and snorkel. This activity is open to all as long as you know how to swim.
