AMUSEZ-VOUS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
AMUSEZ-VOUS" PRODUCTS ARE ON SALE EXCLUSIVELY AT THE TOURIST OFFICE (OT). No purchase under these conditions may be made directly from the service providers.
Amusez-vous prices = prices negotiated by the tourist offices. Provider prices may vary upwards or downwards. The tourist office cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the sale of tickets for AMV activities and ticket sales at Tourist Office sales outlets. The tourist information offices act as intermediaries on behalf of the organizers/ticket suppliers.

Article 6 - Availability. Ticket reservations are made in real time. AMV activities sometimes need to be booked in advance at the Tourism Offices. Depending on the activity, the tourist advisor will telephone the activity provider to check availability and confirm the booking with the customer. For some activities, the customer must arrive before the appointment time. The tour operator will inform the customer of the time of the activity, the meeting point and the equipment required.
Article 7 - Personal data. Information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and the follow-up of your reservations. They enable us to contact you in the event of cancellation or modification of your reservation. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to information concerning you, which may be exercised in the OT by indicating your contact details and your purchase reference.
Article 8 - Obtaining tickets. 8.1 Exchange voucher. The Tourist Offices will give you a voucher or ticket when you make your reservation. For AMV activities: vouchers are valid as proof of purchase and give you access to the activity you have booked. Depending on the activity, these vouchers may be accepted as boarding or entry tickets before the start of the activity. 8.2 Security. Our vouchers carry a unique ticket number. Ticket validity is checked and recorded on arrival. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same individual or collective ticket. Ticket reproduction and counterfeiting are prohibited. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Use only official sales channels to buy your ticket.
Never accept a ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it could be a copy that will be refused by the organizer. You may be asked to produce valid photo identification at the entrance, which must match the name on the ticket if it is a registered ticket. 8.3 The tour operator declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the booking process, provided they have not caused them intentionally or through negligence. In the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the voucher, the customer will not be issued with a duplicate ticket or voucher.
Article 9 - Refund, use. 9.1 Refunds. If a refund is accepted in one of the cases mentioned in articles 3 and 4, it will only be made to the original purchaser against return of the ticket or voucher.
