Come and take part in our traditional Qi Gong classes for well-being and relaxation, with gentle movements, deep breathing and breath meditation.
All year round, booking required.
In July and August, classes are held on the beach on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.30am to 10.30am. Meet opposite Sea Sun on Argentière beach.
