Producers of AOC / AOP wines "Côtes de Provence - La Londe"
Tradition and know-how of the winegrowers.
The winegrowers of La Londe les Maures, Hyères, Porquerolles, Bormes les Mimosas and La Crau have known for a long time that they share an exceptional situation in terms of Terroir and Climate.
Grouped together in an Association, thirty or so independent winegrowers and a cooperative winery have set themselves the goal of having the remarkable character of this situation and the specific quality of their wines recognised through the creation of an entity called A.O.C. "COTES DE PROVENCE" LA LONDE.
The La Londe terroir designation of the Côtes de Provence AOC dates from 2008. This young appellation extends near the coast, south-west of the Maures massif, over 54 hectares.
Typicity and quality of the wines of the Londe terroir:
the white and rosé wines, fresh and round, will transport you to a world of garrigue, raspberry, rose, citrus fruit, white peach and fennel...
Red wines, powerful and velvety, will charm you with their notes of black fruits, cocoa, liquorice, spices... See you in our tasting cellars.
