Mixing sophrology and lymphatic drainage massage, remodelling and Miracle Face according to the Renata Franca Method was for me like an evidence.

Indeed, following the sophrology protocol which allows my clients to let go, I understood that they also wished to take care of their body.

To do so, I have 2 methods:

Sophrology which is a set of relaxation techniques, breathing, "visualization" of thoughts. The aim is to bring the person to concentrate on his positive thoughts and to feed on them to move forward in life and to know himself better.

Renata Franca lymphatic drainage which activates the blood circulation thus reducing the so much dreaded cellulite and oedemas. It strengthens the immune system. The result is a less bloated and shapely body with a more accelerated metabolism and, therefore, a feeling of well-being. It has a deep effect on cellulite
