Sound therapy is an ancestral method of care which uses sound and vibrations to bring absolute relaxation in order to naturally re-harmonize the body and the mind. The most frequently used instruments are Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, voices etc. Their resonances offer therapeutic virtues and invite the release of speech, so that everyone feels heard and respected as a human being.
