A spacious, sun-filled home to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet, in the Var countryside, at the foot of the Maures hills, amidst the Tour St Honoré vineyards.
Located 10 minutes from the fine sandy beaches of La Londe les Maures with views of the Îles d'Or, it is close to all the tourist activities but away from the crowds.
Surrounded by a large enclosed garden with a private swimming pool, La Bastide Neuve des Oliviers comprises 2 fully-equipped, comfortable flats, ideal for sharing a holiday with extended family or friends but retaining its independence and privacy.
On the garden level, a living-dining room (with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 people) and a fully equipped independent kitchen open onto a veranda where 10 people can dine with a reading corner, facing the pool, due south.
The Lombok bedroom with a king-size bed for 2 people, with a wardrobe, opens onto a private terrace with a swing and dining area, with an en suite bathroom with WC.
Near the shared entrance, there is also an additional independent WC and a laundry room with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 1st floor, accessible by an internal staircase, you will find a TV lounge with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people and a large cupboard with a view of the pool and vineyards, a fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, the Florès bedroom, facing east with a large cupboard overlooking the vegetable garden and the village in the distance and with a queen-size bed for 2 people, an independent WC, an independent bathroom, and the Bali bedroom with a queen-size double bed for 2 p and a 90 cm bed for 1 p (an 80 cm extra bed can be added for 1 child faces south and has a shower room with its own WC.
All sleeping areas have a ceiling fan and a cooling column, as well as mosquito nets, so you can make the most of the summer nights. 2 cots and all baby equipment at your disposal.
Pick your own organic produce from Mémé Quine's vegetable garden, adjacent to the garden, or have it delivered to your room.
