Completely renovated barn in the middle of the vines located in the organic vineyard of the PEIRECEDES estate. Ideally situated between two picturesque villages, Cuers and Pierrefeu. Close to the D14, the road to the beaches (25 minutes by car). Close to the towns of Hyères, Toulon, Le Lavandou, Sanary and Bandol. Ideal for memorable cycling, walking and horse riding. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the winemaker at Domaine des Peirecedes. The owners will give you the keys and your welcome basket, consisting of a bottle of Côtes de Provence wine, a bottle of grape juice and a jar of grape jam. All produced with grapes from the estate + a voucher for a cellar visit and tasting by appointment.

Outside, a private fenced garden with a 360° view of the vines and nature, parking space and electric vehicle socket.
Entrance via the ground floor: living room with reversible air conditioning, including a fully-equipped kitchen area (top fridge, microwave, hob, dining table).
Upstairs: a relaxation area that can be used as a sleeping area with its sofa bed that can be converted into 1 single bed (80x200 cm) or 1 double bed (160x200 cm), an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), shower room with wc. As part of his eco-friendly approach, the winemaker gives you privileged access to the washing machine, which is located on the estate around 900m away. At the same time, you can take the opportunity to relax, taste his wines and talk about his techniques.
