We are two sisters, Cécile and Olivia Augé, and would be delighted to welcome you to our guest house in the Var, in La Londe-les-Maures, on our farm property "Sous Les Pins".
You will be staying in one of our three 45 m² semi-detached gîtes, with access to our 12 x 5 metre pool, overlooking the hillside and vineyards, while being less than a kilometre from the centre of La Londe les Maures and three kilometres from the beaches.
All three have different decorations, air conditioning, Internet access and a private terrace for meals.
The swimming pool is designed for your comfort and relaxation, with quality deckchairs with mattresses, small consoles and 3-metre parasols.
We also have four charming guest rooms on the estate, in our bastide (breakfast included), with a dedicated 10m*4m swimming pool.
As an LPO refuge, you can admire the many birds that inhabit our natural surroundings.
We can prepare your breakfasts in the form of baskets, your meal trays for the evening and your aperitif platters, to order and at an additional cost.
Conciergerie
A la carte concierge service is available at an additional cost, to book your activities, accompany guided tours, discover the local heritage, boat trips, massages, breakfasts and meal trays..
Gîtes
The three 45 m² gîtes sleep 4 and are air-conditioned and equipped with Internet access.
They comprise:
* a large, bright room with a 210 cm bay window, sleeping 2 people on a quality sofa bed, and a 121.9 cm (48'') flat-screen TV.
* an open-plan kitchen equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, electric griddle, table and chairs.
* a mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm double bed (for the "brown" 140x190 / "blue" 160x200) or two 80cm X 200cm beds (for the "grey"), and a storage cupboard.
*a bathroom with window and mosquito net, with a 160cm x 90cm shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, large washbasin and storage units, wall-hung WC and washing machine.
*a private terrace.
You have parking spaces for your motorbike, boat, jet ski trailers, etc.
No parking spaces are required.We provide bed linen and towels at an additional cost, as well as a charging point for electric vehicles.

Compulsory departure cleaning at an additional cost.
Sweet breakfast in the form of a basket, on request, at €13 per person.
