-A living room with a convertible sofa equipped with a real 160 cm mattress (new sofa), a TV, a coffee table that can be converted into a high table
-A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
-A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, high-quality bedding (new mattress and base), 1TV.
-A shower room with shower and heated towel rail.
-A storage cupboard with washing machine
-A separate WC.
-An 8m2 sea-view terrace, with bay windows and table for meals.
We do not provide sheets and household linen, but blankets, duvets and pillows are available.
Sheets and towels can be hired on request (please specify when booking).
We also offer the free loan of 2 adult mountain bikes in perfect working order.

Minimum rental period of 7 days in July and August.
Weekends (or other) at other times, please contact us (minimum 2 nights).
Cleaning to be carried out by you, as required on arrival.
A deposit cheque for 500 Euros will be requested (not cashed, except for damage).
A deduction will be made from the deposit if the cleaning is not carried out properly.
