We offer you the gentle Côte d'Azur for a pleasant holiday in the heart of the Var coastline, in an exceptional, unspoilt setting. La Londe les Maures is between the communes of Hyères and Bormes les Mimosas, opposite the Iles d'or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant).
Rental of a 30 m² flat, ideally located, with a beautiful sea view, in a very well maintained luxury residence.
Great level of comfort and excellent amenities. This air-conditioned flat is on the 1st floor, with a south-east-facing terrace protected by an awning (with electric control).
Private parking space in a secure car park (electric gate).
Direct access to the very large Miramar beach, no road to cross! This beautiful beach is supervised during the summer season and is equipped with toilets and showers. It also has a first-aid post.
Numerous shops are nearby (Place du Forum and port).
Our prices are all-inclusive (no surprises).
Sleeping accommodation:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and ceiling fan.
- A cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) and large cupboard (shelves + wardrobe).
The fully-equipped kitchen:
Hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven (microwave and grill), coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Other facilities:
Air conditioning - separate WC - shower room with large shower cubicle and window, flat-screen TV/DTT, hi-fi/CD/Bluetooth system, hoover, iron and ironing board, sun loungers, safe, high chair and baby cot.
Particularities:
- Rental from Sunday to Sunday in order to avoid overcrowded motorways on Saturdays.
- Our friends the animals are allowed under certain conditions (prior agreement owner).
- Sheets and towels not provided.

Notre climatiseur est réversible. Il permet de limiter notre impact environnemental en produisant de la chaleur moins énergivore. Une notice avec des conseils d'utilisation est clairement affichée dans l'appartement. Elle invite à une utilisation responsable de cet équipement.
