Recently taken over by new owners, the 30 hectares of old vines planted in terraces on schist, quartz and ferrous clay soils enjoy exceptional environmental conditions: hillsides, the Mediterranean Sea and... sunshine!
On this magnificent terroir, the rows of vines, skilfully grassed, of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Tibouren and Rolle flourish to the full.
All the wines produced are carefully vinified to bring out all the authenticity, character and typicality of the terroir.
The Domaine de Tamary Rosé and Terrasses de Tamary cuvées, for example, are made from meticulous plot selections and vinified in concrete vats to encourage micro-oxygenation of the wines during fermentation.
The Domaine de Tamary Blanc cuvée, produced in very small quantities due to the drastic selection of grapes during the harvest, has notes of citrus fruit and white flowers. Its fine structure and long finish make it a great gastronomic wine.
These cuvées reflect the unique terroir on which they are produced, the fruit of winegrower know-how and the desire to cultivate and vinify with respect for the surrounding nature.
The estate has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2022.
