From June 2026, all establishments open to the public will be obliged to dematerialize their Public Accessibility Register via AccesLibre
Hoteliers, restaurateurs, campsites, museums, visitor sites, activity providers... All public-access establishments will be required to fill in their Public Accessibility Register via AccesLibre from June 2026.
This collaborative government platform makes it possible to inform, share and promote the accessibility of all sites open to the public. Today, there are already more than 625,000 establishments referenced and over 4 million data available.
Information on the RGPD regulation for professionals
As part of your professional activity, you are required to collect or process your customers' personal data.
Since May 25, 2018, you've been affected by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), which makes public and private organizations that process personal data more accountable.
To better understand the RGPD and adopt the right reflexes, you can consult the data protection awareness guide produced by Julien LEROYER of SICTIAM, the Intercommunal Tourist Office's data protection delegate.
