Le Rouay de la Cabre, or "the goat valley", was once a place where goats and sheep used to roam, describing an ancient agricultural activity. Hiking in the Maures Massif, where vines and olive trees are now present in this valley, replacing the herds that disappeared.

Restricted access: from June to September, before travelling in the Var Massifs, check the opening conditions on the fire risk map (updated at 5pm every day for the following day) or by calling the tourist office.

- Bring hiking boots or trainers, water, hat or cap.
Always stay informed about the weather conditions. During the hunting season, stay on the marked trails. In an emergency, call 112 for help. Traffic and parking of all motorised vehicles on DFCI roads is prohibited all year round.
