Formerly the summer residence of the bishops of Toulon, Château la Tour de l'Évêque extends over 83 hectares of biodynamically farmed vines. Régine Sumeire, a pioneer of delicate rosés with the famous Pétale de Rose, practises the art of respecting nature.
Take a guided tour through the vines, discover the secrets of wine-making in the cellar, and taste the emblematic cuvées.
