This winegrowing estate, once the farm of the monks of the Chartreuse de la Verne, is located on the unspoilt Capelude land, which is classified as a Natura 2000 area. Here, vines and animals coexist in perfect harmony.

The grapes are harvested by hand, respecting each bunch, while the wines are made in a low-tech cellar, combining tradition and energy efficiency.

The estate grows grape varieties endemic to the region, such as grenache, cinsault, rolle, mourvèdre, syrah and uni blanc. It also gives pride of place to Tibouren, an ancestral Mediterranean grape variety dating back to ancient times. Committed to organic farming, the estate produces a number of 'natural' wines, reflecting its minimalist, respectful approach.
