The trip starts at the port of La Londe-les-Maures, where you will board the Côte d'Azur boats. This 30-minute guided crossing will take you to the island of Porquerolles.
On arrival at the port of Porquerolles, bikes will be waiting for you at Le Cycle Porquerollais, a bike hire company and long-standing partner of the Tourist Office. All that's left for you to do is hop on your bike and set off on your adventure!
Cycling is the ideal way to discover all the island has to offer, with its many facets: heavenly landscapes, crystal-clear beaches, shady pine forests and vineyards. You can cycle through the village, along the north coast and its emblematic beaches, through the vineyards, make a cultural stop at the Carmignac Foundation or Fort Saint Agathe, then head for the south coast, its cliffs and lighthouse offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

NEED TO KNOW
When you visit Porquerolles, you are entering the Port-Cros National Park, a protected and fragile natural area. In order to preserve this exceptional setting, certain rules must be observed:
- camping is prohibited,
- rubbish must be deposited in the containers provided,
- the picking of plants and the taking of species is prohibited,
- smoking is prohibited outside the village.
Dogs are only allowed on a lead in the village and on the cycle/hiking trails. From June to September, the island is subject to fire risks and access may be partially prohibited if the risk is classified as very severe.
