You wouldn't believe how much Nature can do for you!
Submerge yourself in the forest, hugging the trees for physical, emotional and psychological benefits.
Pick wild plants and prepare them to prevent illness.
Cook tree leaves, fruit, flowers and plants to taste and drink.
Contemplate, feel, marvel, meditate, relax and breathe to calm down and find yourself.
Draw, paint, decorate, play and create to develop new resources.
Experience nature differently, slowly! Let your senses guide you, develop your intuitive state of being in the forest where the notion of time no longer exists.
I'm Véronique Gibier, a practitioner of sylvotherapy, forest bathing, aromatherapy and olfactotherapy, wild plant gatherer, trained in aromatherapy, phytotherapy and gemmotherapy, plant dyes and inks, and art therapy. I'll be delighted to accompany you into the world of trees and plants, to help you experience a different 'state of being'.
I organise forest bathing, wild plant picking, cooking and tasting outings in the woods all year round to the rhythm of nature, the seasons and the four elements, day and night, with meditations under the full moon and connections to the trees
I also offer indoor workshops for preparing cosmetics and well-being products based on wild plants picked
I adapt the outings for all audiences (to be defined in advance). These are short walks of around 2.5 km, with several stops for wellness exercises and "nomadic workshops" lasting from 2 to 3 hours or more, depending on the outing.
Each outing has a theme depending on the location, the trees and plants and, above all, the season.
Sylvotherapy offers a whole process of immersion in the forest, with various curative, energetic, recreational, creative and culinary activities.
Forest bathing is an invitation to self-discovery, to recharge your batteries and connect with nature and life. It's about letting go and seeing the forest with wonder, and rediscovering your childlike soul.
Forest therapy is a way of promoting well-being and physical relaxation that helps to prevent ill-health, because the forest has proven therapeutic effects on our bodies, with physical, emotional and psychological benefits
So come and discover a different way of experiencing nature, and let us guide you through a unique experience!
