From the loggia, you can admire the sea and the island of Porquerolles, the palm trees and pines of the large green space; you can reach the fine sandy beach 100m away without any steps, and without having to cross a street (residence off-limits to traffic). You can leave your car in the car park and walk 150 metres to the mini-market, the pizza shop, the restaurant or even the cinema. From the beach, you can stroll to Port Miramar (200 m away), where you'll find other shops and restaurants. You can also take one of the many walks along the admirable coastal path, which takes you 9 km through the countryside to the Fort de Brégançon, passing through some magnificent bays of fine sand. And then there are all the other tourist resources of the Var and its hinterland.
