The villa is ideally located less than 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, port, shops, pier for the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, and diving clubs (quick access to the sensational Gabinière seabed and numerous wrecks). There's virtually no need to use a car during your holiday!
You'll have the chance to stroll along the coastal paths and the famous golden islands, watch the magnificent sunsets on the splendid beaches of Argentière or Estagnol, while enjoying a glass of one of La Londe les Maures' famous rosés.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with a bright 45 m² living area comprising a dining room, lounge and open-plan kitchen, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends or family.
The house has all the essential facilities: free WIFI connection, 138 cm Led 4K TV, Bluetooth hi-fi system. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
The house has 4 bedrooms (2 on each floor), 2 with double beds (one with LED TV), 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds. The 3 main bedrooms are air-conditioned. All beds have new latex mattresses. There are 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers on each floor.
Outside, you can relax on one of the sun loungers set around a private, heated, south-facing swimming pool. It's surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, an outdoor shower, and a large terrace where you can enjoy kebabs and merguez prepared on the large plancha barbecue in the summer kitchen under the shade of the pergola. You can also drink mojitos (or a lemon Perrier from the garden!) in the garden lounge sheltered by a large shade sail.
The property has an enclosed car park with automatic gates that can accommodate 2 cars.
At siesta time by the pool, children can keep busy with a collection of DVDs, books, board games and a games console.
