Since 1955, Château Sainte Marguerite has been one of Provence's 18 prestigious Crus Classés estates. A forerunner in environmental protection, the estate's wines are certified 100% organic by ECOCERT. In addition to organic farming, Château Sainte Marguerite ensures 100% plant-based production (with no animal inputs).

The orchards cover 3 hectares and are home to more than 800 trees.
The orchards are grown using very traditional methods, with complete tillage of the soil to improve the balance of the plant.
