The Nouvelles Terres residence dates from 2018, is located in the centre of La Londe les Maures, on the edge of a green area that leads down to the sea.
The flat is an enclosed garden level with an outdoor area of 26 m². There is a secure bike room at the entrance to the building. Possibility of closed garage with Green Up socket / for cars or electric bikes for a fee.
Entrance to the building is via the basement garage and the lift, or via the main entrance to the building, which is only accessible to pedestrians.
Toilets are separate. Cleaning service available for a fee. The owners, who live nearby, take care of the entrances and exits. There is a 25 m swimming pool in the residence.
We provide your own sheets and towels. Your beds will be made on arrival. Ultra-fast internet (fibre and wifi 7) available.
The accommodation is adapted to PMR standards and is on the ground floor.

Public transport between La Londe and Hyeres airport or SNCF station is available. Auchan is 200 m away and Intermarché is less than a kilometre away.
We ask for a deposit of five hundred euros by cheque on arrival. This cheque will be returned to you on departure if the flat is in good condition and clean.
